1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking
- Prices are listed in CHF unless otherwise stated
2. Services
Nate Tours provides:
- Private tours
- Day trips
- Multi-day tours
- Customized travel experiences
All tours are subject to weather conditions, availability, and operational factors.
3. Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may be charged 100% of the booking price
4. Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify itineraries due to weather or safety reasons
- Adjust timing or routes when necessary
- Offer alternative solutions when required
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Arriving on time at the pickup location
- Providing accurate information
- Following safety instructions during the tour
6. Liability
Nate Tours is responsible for delivering the agreed services but shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events
- Loss of personal belongings
- Actions of third-party providers
7. Insurance
Customers are advised to have:
- Travel insurance
- Health and accident coverage
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or transportation disruptions
